Navigating through Mos Eisley Hangar 94 in LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga presents players with an exciting challenge during Episode IV: A New Hope. The Hunk of Junk mission puts you in charge of defending the iconic Millennium Falcon while securing key collectibles. Knowing the layout of the hangar makes achieving full level completion much easier.

Mastering the Hunk of Junk Story Walkthrough

The core objective of this level centers on repairing and preparing the Millennium Falcon for takeoff while repelling imperial forces. Players must alternate between controlling Han Solo, Luke Skywalker, and Chewbacca to manage incoming enemies and interact with various environment objects. Working efficiently across both floor levels ensures your team can restore power and raise the ship's boarding ramp without being overwhelmed.

Coordination between character classes plays a critical role in progressing smoothly through the hangar skirmish. You will need Hero skills to pull down structural supports and Scoundrel abilities to trigger environmental traps on enemy squads. Keep an eye out for buildable debris scattered across the floor, as assembling these parts unlocks essential mechanics needed to complete the mission.

How to Complete All Level Challenges

Achieving a 100% completion rank requires completing three distinct level challenges during your run. The first challenge, Absolute Scoundrel, is triggered by aiming at a Scoundrel target located on the overhead balcony right at the start of the level. Shooting this target brings down the structure onto enemy stormtroopers below.

For the second challenge, Don't Get Cocky, you must eliminate three stormtroopers using the hidden defenses in the hangar. To activate them, ride a GNK power droid onto the designated floor switch located near the front of the vessel. Finally, the Chewie, Get Us Out of Here! challenge requires finding and using three Astromech consoles to seal off the doorways where enemy reinforcements enter.

Finding Every Minikit in Hangar 94

There are five hidden minikits located throughout the Hunk of Junk stage that unlock a special vehicle reward when collected. The first minikit requires using a Hero character to pull open a door panel on the lower level, then moving two boxes in opposite directions. The second piece is hidden inside a small room on the upper balcony, where breaking several wooden crates reveals buildable LEGO bricks.

The third minikit can be found inside one of the side rooms that open up when stormtrooper reinforcements spawn on the upper floor. To grab the fourth minikit, use a Scavenger character in Free Play mode to reach higher ledges around the ceiling. The final minikit involves powering a conveyor belt on the lower floor using a GNK droid, which eventually spits out the final pieces to assemble.

Earning True Jedi and Final Rewards

Reaching the True Jedi stud threshold requires collecting 80,000 studs before boarding the Millennium Falcon. Smash all breakable containers around the perimeter of the hangar to build up your stud multiplier during combat encounters. Securing every minikit and finishing all challenges grants you the Millennium Falcon (Micro) vehicle and additional Kyber Bricks for your overall progression.
